Nhan Lee concentrates his practice on product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation and general liability litigation for a diverse range of product manufacturers. He has represented clients throughout Florida at both the state and federal levels in highly-complex matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
No matter the claim or matter of law, Nhan works closely with in-house counsel, as well as national counsel to execute the day-to-day aspects of litigation ranging from initial investigation and discovery to depositions, motions, hearings and trial. He has first- and second-chair trial experience representing Fortune 100 companies and also handles claims requiring AAA arbitration.
Additionally, Nhan has experience handling asbestos litigation, as well as complex commercial and construction litigation. He has defended claims under Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, as well as employment disputes, contract disputes, construction project disputes, and banking disputes.
Originally from South Vietnam, Nhan has lived most of his life in Orlando, Florida. Nhan received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law where he was honored as a member of the Dean's List. Prior to transferring to Florida State University, he was ranked in the top 5% of his class, while attending St. Thomas University School of Law in Florida. He received a bachelor's degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida where he was awarded the UCF Minority Achievement Award in 1988.
