Lauren Ballback


Lauren is an associate practicing in the areas of product liability and general liability. Lauren aids in the representation of clients in both state and federal courts.  She has assisted with the defense of clients throughout the litigation process, including attending hearings, taking depositions, assisting in the preparation of corporate representatives for deposition, analyzing discovery, drafting motions, and working with experts. 

Lauren worked previously as a legal fellow with the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia, where she handled criminal matters and gained significant research and writing experience. She also worked as an Honors Intern with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where she conducted investigative and legal research as part of the White Collar, Complex Financial Crimes squad. At the FBI, she worked with agents and the U.S. Attorney’s Office on several felony trials, including witness preparation, discovery, and preparation of memoranda for motion practice and trial. 

In her free time, Lauren enjoys trail running with her dog Hamilton, yoga, and cooking with her friends and family.
