Marcia M. LaCour is a seasoned litigator who focuses on defending automotive manufacturers in warranty litigation. Having spent more than 30 years resolving disputes, Marcia has extensive experience developing all aspects of case strategy. She has managed hundreds of cases in private practice and a complex litigation docket of hundreds of active cases for an automobile manufacturer. 

She has deposed plaintiffs, attended vehicle inspections, prepared and defended corporate and dealership witnesses, conducted expert discovery and tried bench and jury trials to verdict as both first and second chair. Marcia has handled both class actions and JCCP matters and represented clients in hundreds of arbitrations, binding arbitrations and mediations.

In her spare time, Marcia enjoys playing tennis and hiking with her rescue dog George. She thoroughly enjoys traveling and has visited all 50 states.
