Taylor Koshak advises clients in complex product liability matters. Koshak has experience in all aspects of litigation, including strategy development, source coding of voluminous discovery, crafting hearing and deposition outlines, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions (including multiple successful motions for summary judgment) and supporting trial attorneys with organizing exhibits for trial.
She has extensive experience in insurance litigation, analyzing insurance policies, performing legal research to identify key issues, and making recommendations to clients in the form of coverage opinions. In addition, Koshak has worked on complex commercial litigation, class actions, appeals and wrongful death matters. She has represented a consumer products manufacturer in regulatory matters involving the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and managing product recalls.
In her free time, Koshak enjoys distance running, reading both fiction and nonfiction, cooking and spending time with her family, her cats and her chihuahua rescue.
