Jennifer Persky focuses her practice on product liability defense and complex discovery matters. Her analytical and detail-oriented approach to developing case strategy, combined with her succinct legal writing skills, make Jennifer an indispensable member of any defense team.
In addition to her nationwide e-discovery work, Jennifer's litigation experience includes advising and defending clients on a wide range of subjects, including products liability, workplace safety, commercial contracts, and transportation law. She has handled all aspects of case management from inception through trial and settlement, and has participated in multiple jury trials, including second-chairing a three-week jury trial in a workplace-safety case. Jennifer is adept at motion practice, having written and argued numerous motions in state and federal courts, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and motions in limine. She has also assisted in developing and executing appeal tactics, including researching and drafting appellate briefs.
After obtaining her J.D., Jennifer served as a Research Assistant at the Children's Law Center in Washington, D.C., an opportunity that enhanced her research and writing skills and allowed her to give back to her local community.
Outside of her practice, Jennifer enjoys scuba diving and working outside in her vegetable garden.
