Alexander W. Hsu

Alex Hsu concentrates his practice on product lability litigation, with a focus on mass torts, including both consolidated and class actions. Alex’s keen analytical skills and thorough understanding of his clients’ needs make him an invaluable asset for every case team of which he is a member.

Alex has played a pivotal role in cases involving motor vehicles, industrial equipment, and medical devices, as well as cases involving various toxic tort claims, including asbestos exposure and Legionnaires’ disease. Early in his career, Alex was integral in coordinating and managing remote trial support, including extensive trial motion briefing and argument development in a high-exposure ATV impact claim.

In his defense of the firm’s clients, Alex has been involved in all aspects of litigating cases, from initial pleading phases through fact and expert discovery, to comprehensive dispositive briefing and resolution. He also has significant experience drafting and arguing complex motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions on pleadings, and motions to strike class allegations.

Beyond his law practice, Alex is an avid football fan and enjoys juggling in his spare time.
