Holly Dutton concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters including product liability, premises liability and toxic tort litigation. Holly's analytical approach to case strategy and risk management paired with her strong negotiation skills and natural ability to understand the concerns of each party makes her a tenacious force inside and outside of the courtroom.
From case inception to preparing for trial, Holly works tirelessly to secure favorable results for her clients. She currently serves on behalf of a major American multinational manufacturer of outdoor recreational products. She has vast experience defending against claims of design and manufacture negligence. She is well-versed in handling all aspects of a case and has a particular aptitude for motion practice, including motions in limine and summary judgment.
Holly also handles complex environmental and toxic tort claims involving asbestos and a variety of chemicals. Additionally, she has experience defending premises liability litigation.
Holly previously acted as local liaison counsel in the California JCCP pain pump device tort for more than 30 Los Angeles cases.
Holly is a cum laude graduate from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE program. She began her career working with start-up and Fortune 500 companies and was formerly a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a talent management company that provided automotive product specialists to many of the Japanese automotive manufacturers.
