Heather Fields is a seasoned litigator who focuses on defending manufacturers of automobiles, industrial equipment and consumer goods in product liability cases involving high-value catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims in both state and federal courts.

In her more than ten years of experience, she has tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict as both first and second chair. Heather has extensive experience developing all aspects of case strategy, having managed a complex litigation docket of hundreds of active cases for a manufacturer of industrial fuel purification systems.  She coordinated case strategy for local counsel in more than 20 states and, through jurisdictional objections and dispositive motions, developed consistent defensive strategies with an emphasis on early resolution.
