Hannah Mohrman concentrates her practice on product liability and warranty litigation. From high-profile catastrophic injury cases to large-scale warranty matters, she brings a strong background of focused experience to her clients within the automotive, consumer and chemical product industries.
Specific to her product liability practice, Hannah defends major motor vehicle and highway product manufacturers in high-exposure cases often involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She routinely deals with variety of claims such as rollovers and unintended acceleration and is called upon to serve on trial teams when such claims are taken to trial. Additionally, Hannah represents the nation's largest provider of institutional cleaning and sanitization products and services in their California toxic tort matters. She also handles complex personal injury litigation for a multinational home appliance manufacturer. Her prior experience also includes representing various construction companies and contractors in civil litigation defense.
Hannah is also highly adept at managing warranty matters for automotive manufacturers in California. Well-versed in Lemon Law, she is entrusted with overseeing more than 150 cases and is responsible for conducting the day-to-day case workup, discovery and settlement negotiations.
Outside of the office, Hannah is involved with the California Minority Counsel Program and serves on the diversity committee with the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. She enjoys attending musicals, practicing yoga and spending time with friends and family.
