Dan has represented multi-national clients in Arizona, California and Illinois, managing all aspects of a case, from the initial pleading phases through resolution. He has significant experience drafting and arguing motions in court, including motions for summary judgment, motions on pleadings and discovery motions. He also routinely takes and defends corporate witness and expert depositions, researches complex legal issues and conducts mediations and arbitrations.
Dan is admitted to practice as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and previously maintained a private practice where he counseled clients regarding intellectual property strategies, prosecuted patents, litigated contract disputes, assisted with real estate closings and filed tax assessment appeals. He has also worked as a court-appointed mediator.
