Dan has represented multi-national clients in Arizona, California, Illinois, and New Jersey managing all aspects of a case, from the initial pleading phases through fact and expert discovery, to comprehensive dispositive briefing and resolution. He has significant experience drafting and arguing motions in court, including motions for summary judgment, motions on pleadings and discovery motions. He also routinely takes and defends corporate witness and expert depositions, researches complex legal issues and conducts mediations and arbitrations.
Dan is admitted to practice as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and previously counseled clients regarding intellectual property strategies, litigated patent and licensing disputes, and prosecuted patents. He has also worked as a court-appointed mediator.
