Fred C. Huntsman

Fred Huntsman devotes his practice to the defense of automobile manufacturers in complex product liability cases. His work also includes business and commercial litigation, personal injury, warranty, and breach of contract disputes. Additionally, Fred represents one of the nation's largest integrated energy companies in high-exposure benzene cases.

Fred has a long list of experience with pre-trial preparations and proceedings such as motions for summary judgment, venue transfers, motions to compel and motions in limine, jury charges, trial briefs, direct and cross-examination outlines, and motions for directed verdict. Fred is also no stranger to litigation-related documents including draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, case evaluations and settlement agreements.

Fred is an active member in the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
