Frank Pierce is an experienced litigator who counsels businesses on the resolution of complex disputes. He has advised on high-exposure construction matters as well as vehicle accident, product liability and premises liability claims.

Frank’s construction dispute experience includes litigating all stages of complex underground utility construction, construction defect claims and subcontractor tender issues. His product liability experience includes defending manufacturers and suppliers of guardrails and waste-to-fertilizer conversion equipment.

In addition, he has developed strong working knowledge in a number of technical fields as a result of his work preparing, deposing and cross-examining expert witnesses in a variety of disciplines including accident reconstruction, biomechanics, toxicology and various medical subspecialties.

In his free time, Frank enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction as well as historical non-fiction (especially concerning the World Wars). Recent favorites include Dune and A Bridge Too Far. When he’s not in the office he tends to be found spear fishing and enjoying the restaurants found at the end of the road in Key West.
