Erin Chance advises clients in complex litigation involving motor vehicle product liability issues.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Erin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Broderick of the Superior Court of Washington, D.C. where she drafted and filed motions and orders, including magistrate review orders. She also researched and drafted a memorandum about Fourth Amendment search and seizure issues. As an attorney in private practice, Erin has conducted legal research and analysis and drafted demand letters, complaints, legal memoranda, discovery requests, pleadings and trial briefs.
In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and swimming, as well as reading – both fiction and nonfiction.
