David Lundmark is an associate in our Phoenix office focusing on product liability defense, automotive warranty defense, and commercial litigation for the firm’s corporate clients which include some of the nation's largest automotive manufacturers. He regularly works on complex product liability cases and large-scale discovery projects.
In helping defend the firm’s clients, David is responsible for writing and arguing motions, preparing witnesses for deposition, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to written discovery, and arguing cases on appeal. Early in his career, David was integral in briefing an appeal seeking a reversal in favor of the firm’s client, resulting in a published opinion by the Arizona Court of Appeals. He continues to prosecute and defend appeals at the intermediate and Supreme Court levels.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, David served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court, where he honed his research and writing skills. Earlier in his career David, worked in the Executive Hearing Office of the Arizona Department of Transportation, where he wrote administrative Decisions and Orders and researched statutory, regulatory, and constitutional requirements for administrative procedures.
In his off hours he enjoys playing with his five children, leading his son’s Trail Life USA troop, reading, and singing Gregorian chant.
