David T. Lundmark

David Lundmark focuses his practice on product liability defense, automotive warranty defense and commercial litigation for the firm’s corporate clients, which include some of the nation's largest automotive manufacturers. He regularly works on complex product liability cases, construction and engineering litigation, as well as large-scale discovery projects.

David is responsible for developing case strategy, writing and arguing motions, taking depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, negotiating settlements, and arguing cases on appeal. He played a key role in the briefing of an appeal seeking a reversal in favor of the firm’s client, resulting in a published opinion by the Arizona Court of Appeals. David continues to contest and defend appeals at the intermediate and Supreme Court levels.

Earlier in his career, David worked in the Executive Hearing Office of the Arizona Department of Transportation, where he participated in preparing administrative Decisions and Orders and researched statutory, regulatory, and constitutional requirements for administrative procedures.

Away from the office, he enjoys playing with his five children, leading his son’s Trail Life USA troop, reading, and singing Gregorian chant.
