David Carrier concentrates his practice on defending commercial disputes and product liability claims on behalf of medical device and exercise equipment manufacturers. An aggressive strategist with a passion for exceptional writing, David also handles complex class action litigation, appeals and advanced motions in state and federal courts throughout the country.
In addition to defending manufacturers, David has experience representing businesses in commercial and employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on the misappropriation of trade secrets and non-competition litigation, and routinely advises businesses on protecting their trade secrets and confidential information.
In law school, David was a student attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota and tried cases as a student attorney at the Ramsey County Attorney's Office. David was also a member of the ABA National Moot Court team and later coached his alma mater's moot court teams for several years following graduation.
Beyond his law practice, David enjoys playing golf, sailing, traveling and spending time with his wife and friends.
