Tucker Dowling is an Associate in Bowman and Brooke’s San Diego office where his practice focuses on product liability defense, commercial litigation and other complex civil litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke Tucker was a Senior Associate at a multi-disciplinary, international law firm, where he represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and international insurance carriers to public entities and nonprofits, in commercial and business litigation, labor and employment disputes and intellectual property matters.
As an experienced litigator, Tucker has been a zealous advocate for his clients in all phases of complex civil litigation, including arbitration and mediation, law and motion, deposition practice, oral advocacy, and trial.
Tucker holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he focused his study on business and corporate law, intellectual property and tax. At Berkeley, Tucker was a member and contributing editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and was jointly enrolled in MBA courses at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Tucker also attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law as the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship and Jefferson Fellowship. He was a senior editor of Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.
In his spare time, Tucker enjoys listening to NPR podcasts and riding playground slides and swings with his one-year-old daughter for hours on end. He also regularly serves as a lecturer on trademark and trade secret law at local San Diego law schools and student-operated legal clinics.
