Kendra Cobb defends clients in complex product liability, premises liability and toxic tort litigation. She also represents automotive manufacturers in discovery matters by preparing nationally coordinated discovery and eDiscovery. Kendra has experience advising and investigating dissolved companies in receivership, which included conducting interviews with potential fact witnesses, collecting documents and other information from various sources to assess liability and provide defense strategies.

Case teams trust Kendra with a wide range of responsibilities. She supports clients from the inception of a claim to its conclusion by regularly performing legal research, conducting depositions, providing case assessments and significant client communication. Kendra has prepared successful mediation statements, arbitration briefs, pleadings and dispositive motions. Additionally, Kendra worked on discovery matters where she advised two major automotive manufacturers on the best practices to retrieve technical information from a project both manufacturers collaborated on.

As a student associate at the World Bank, Kendra researched and advised on legal privilege and immunity issues related to litigation against the Bank. She also interned in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, researching securities law in support of investigations and enforcement actions. These experiences were invaluable to Kendra as she began her legal career, where she developed skills that she still utilizes today.

In her free time, Kendra loves playing and coaching volleyball, working on puzzles, reading and traveling in the U.S. and abroad. Before law school, she taught math in Thailand for a year.
