Claudia Ionescu focuses her practice on defending a wide range of major manufacturers in product liability litigation. Her cases frequently involve complex claims, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury across the country.
Claudia regularly conducts depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and emergency responders, performs legal research and handles discovery matters. She also drafts dispositive and Daubert motions as well as motions in limine. In addition to her work on product liability cases, Claudia has experience on case teams defending clients in premises liability and pharmaceutical litigation.
While in law school, Claudia worked as a summer clerk at Bowman and Brooke, conducting research and drafting motions. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lynnette C. Kimmins, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and as a volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Tucson.
In her free time, Claudia enjoys traveling, recently in Europe and Southeast Asia, cooking dishes inspired by her travels and hiking with her dog.
