Christa Chance

Of Counsel

Christa Chance is an experienced trial attorney who advises clients in complex, multiparty toxic tort and product liability litigation. Working closely with clients and their in-house counsel, Christa develops strategies for resolving cases and manages mass actions throughout the United States. She handles cases pending in both state and federal courts including multi-district litigation and class actions.

Christa currently serves as national coordinating counsel for litigation involving asbestos, and she has defended clients in other toxic tort matters involving silica, benzene and other substances. In addition, she has defended manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of consumer products and medical devices.

In the course of her work preparing, deposing and cross examining a wide variety of expert witnesses, Christa has developed strong working knowledge in a number of scientific and technical fields. She has worked closely with engineers, industrial hygienists, epidemiologists, pathologists and treating physicians.

In her spare time, Christa enjoys volunteering and raising money for community organizations serving women and children.
