Paul Cho defends manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceuticals in product liability litigation matters. As a physician and attorney, Paul brings unique insight into the medical issues involved in product liability litigation. He also routinely handles complex commercial litigation matters.
Paul is a skilled writer with experience ranging from discovery practice to writing successful dispositive motions. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, he worked on multiple medical device products liability cases involving 510(k) FDA-approved products. As a law student, he served as a judicial extern where he conducted legal research, wrote bench memoranda, and drafted a court order. Paul has also assisted in trials by researching expert witnesses and drafting motions in limine, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
Before going to law school, Paul taught Algebra and Geometry for two years as a high school teacher in south Texas. He enjoys science fiction, spending time in the mountains or at the beach, and is always looking to try new cuisines and restaurants.
