Chad H. Arnesen

Chad Arnesen concentrates his practice on product liability defense litigation. He conducts research and analysis regarding complex issues in product liability, personal injury and class action litigation. He focuses his efforts through his extensive drafting experience and passion for oral advocacy. As a currently serving Field Artillery Officer with the Minnesota Army National Guard, he understands that attention to detail is the key to success in litigation and works meticulously as an aggressive strategist. He began his legal career with us as a summer associate and law clerk.

Before joining the firm, Chad served two consecutive overseas deployments with the United States Army in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan from 2012-2013 and Operation New Dawn in Kuwait from 2011-2012. Prior to practicing law, he worked in law enforcement for four years with the Minnesota State Patrol and Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.

When he’s not developing his law practice, Chad enjoys ice hockey, trying new restaurants, spending time with his wife and two dogs and is a proud former Zamboni driver.
