Cary Slobin is an established trial attorney who has grown his nationwide practice to include representing a diverse variety of clients. Cary has extensive experience representing clients in high-profile product liability cases, a majority of those being in the automotive industry.
Cary has experience serving as both first and second chair trial counsel on several multi-million dollar cases. From product liability, motor vehicle warranty, toxic torts and class actions to construction, commercial and consumer litigation, he has a wide-range of trial experience across a broad and growing spectrum of practice areas. Cary has also argued the appeal of a summary judgment to the Fifth Circuit.
Cary's extensive experience includes defending different auto-related claims involving airbag, warranty, handling/stability and crashworthiness cases, and has obtained verdicts in both those types of cases as well as in premises liability suits. He also has obtained dismissals in administrative law proceedings.
A native Texan, Cary was born and raised in the Houston area.
