Cary Slobin is a trial attorney whose nationwide practice includes representing a diverse variety of clients. He has tried to verdict numerous cases for many Global 500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals. From product liability, motor vehicle warranty and toxic torts to construction, commercial and consumer litigation, he has a wide-range of experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
Cary has experience serving as first-chair trial counsel on multi-million dollar exposure cases. His practice also includes defending class actions, where he has won dismissal on the pleadings, certification denials and summary judgment. He understands how to translate technical issues into persuasive arguments for both judges and juries. Cary has also argued the appeal of a summary judgment which was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit.
A 3rd generation Texan, Cary was born and raised in the Houston area. He suffered with the Oilers but gets to enjoy the Astros. One of his toughest and most rewarding jobs is serving a group of parents and kids as a Den Leader in Troop 1077 of the Cub Scouts.
