Patrick M. Bailey


Patrick Bailey is an attorney focusing his practice on the defense of complex product liability matters, as well as advanced motion and appellate litigation. He has experience drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court, drafting appellate filings for appeals and attending hearings for trial support. 

Pat served as the executive editor for the Florida State Law Review while he was in law school. He kept a full plate during law school, working as a research assistant and teaching assistant. 

Outside the office, Pat enjoys running, reading, playing with his two young daughters, attending baseball games, watching Formula 1 racing and brewing his own beer.
