Alex concentrates his practice on product liability and general civil litigation while offering experience with commercial disputes.
A former law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Northern District of Texas, it wasn’t until 2014 that Alex gained his passion for the law. While serving in Dyess Air Force Base’s financial management office, he was inspired by observing his good friend—a JAG officer—successfully prosecute a criminal case and obtain the best possible result for a military family on station.
During law school, Alex participated in a variety of intra- and inter-school mock trial and moot court competitions. He was a three-time intra-school competition finalist and represented Texas Tech on four national teams, including the National Trial Competition and National Pretrial Competition. Most notably, Alex served as a brief writer and oral advocate for both moot court and mock trial aspects of the National Pretrial Competition, where the team was awarded first place. His love for product liability litigation was sparked during his summer internship with Bell Helicopter, where he worked directly for the Deputy General Counsel of Litigation.
Alex is a licensed pilot whose favorite hobby is scuba diving. Because Dallas doesn’t offer much diving, he spends most of his time with his German Shepherd, Vito, and often plays golf and softball.
