Alex concentrates his practice on product liability and general civil litigation, while offering experience with contractual and insurance related disputes.
A former law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Northern District of Texas, Alex participated in a variety of intra- and inter-school mock trial and moot court competitions during law school. He was a three-time intra-school competition finalist and represented Texas Tech on four national teams, including the National Trial Competition and National Pretrial Competition. Most notably, Alex served as a brief writer and oral advocate for both moot court and mock trial aspects of the National Pretrial Competition, where the team was awarded first place. His love for product liability litigation was sparked during his second-summer internship with Bell Helicopter, where he worked directly for the Deputy General Counsel of Litigation.
Since joining Bowman and Brooke in September of 2018, Alex has handled matters for several global automotive and industrial equipment manufacturers. In addition to serving on the discovery team for a global automotive manufacturer, Alex has notable motion practice and deposition experience, and he represents clients in hearings throughout Texas. Although his practice is predominantly focused in Texas, Alex is also licensed in Missouri and handles matters nationwide.
Alex is a private pilot and Master Scuba Diver who spends much of his free time with his German Shepherd, Vito.
