Adam Bell counsels clients in product liability matters and complex commercial litigation, having defended clients in state and federal court cases in 10 states. He has drafted discovery petitions, pleadings and motions, conducted witness interviews and site inspections, and developed case strategy. He has taken and defended depositions, prepared witnesses and visual presentations for trial, argued motions at pretrial hearings, negotiated settlements and participated in post-judgment proceedings. Adam has also second-chaired a bench trial in Texas state court.
Adam’s work has involved personal injury, complex commercial and high-exposure liability matters including claims arising from construction defects, an oil well explosion, an auto accident, aerosolized legionella bacteria and COVID-19 exposures, and other matters. Adam has also represented clients in government civil investigations, including defending against charges brought by the U.S Department of Justice.
Outside the office, Adam enjoys reading books and watching sports, including hockey and Formula 1 racing. He enjoys the outdoors and has hiked extensively in the Rocky Mountain National Forest and Pike National Forest in Colorado and Palo Duro Canyon in Texas.
