Austin Henderson is an experienced trial attorney with over 10 years of experience with defending the biggest names in the automotive industry with a focus on warranty. He also defends manufacturers and corporate clients in product liability, warranty, commercial and complex civil litigation matters involving automobiles, industrial machinery and construction equipment. Austin also has extensive experience defending businesses in personal injury and premises liability litigation. He handles all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation negotiation, law and motion, trials and appeals in both California and Michigan.
Austin has defended claims of wrongful death, product defect, negligence, fraud and breach of warranty, among others. He has second chaired multiple trials, involving automotive, personal injury and premises liability. Austin also has a valuable perspective having worked in-house on assignment at one of the nation’s largest automotive manufacturers.
Outside of the office, Austin enjoys golfing, writing his first book, CrossFit, spending time with his growing family and being involved with his local church.
