William N.G. Barron, IV

Biography

Will Barron is an Associate at Bowman and Brooke practicing in the areas of product liability defense, toxic torts, drug and medical device, and warranty litigation.  He has extensive experience with intellectual property and trademark litigation, as well as general business litigation. Will has defended cases involving automobiles, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment, and asbestos exposure. 

Will has defended numerous cases in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota at the state and federal court levels. Prior to becoming an attorney, Will clerked at Bowman and Brooke, gaining valuable insight to becoming accomplished in product liability litigation.  He is fluent in Spanish, and has lent his skills to attorneys looking for an eleventh-hour translator.

Will earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  While there, he received the Dean's Academic Achievement Award as well as the Wisconsin Bar Association Award for the Highest Grade in Negotiations.

 

When not defending the firm's clients, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and their twin boys.
