Sheryl Bjork concentrates her practice on defending product liability claims, primarily for medical device and farm equipment manufacturers. Her clients include local and international manufacturers of various products with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and she currently serves as part of the national coordinating counsel team for a large, national medical device manufacturer.
Sheryl has briefed and argued motions in numerous state and federal courts across the country. She has extensive experience in deposing expert witnesses on various subjects.
Sheryl has published articles that include “Trial Treatment of Partial Releases,” “Minnesota Products Liability” and “Indirect Gag Orders and the Doctrine of Prior Restraint.” She has also taught legal writing at the University of Minnesota Law School.
