Renee Konigsberg's practice focuses on products liability and personal injury claims, defending manufacturers of automobiles, automotive parts, off-road vehicles, and drug and medical devices in federal and state courts throughout California. In addition to her trial work, Renee has an active law and motion practice, serves as a settlement conference officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, and is on the Amicus Brief committee for the Association of Southern California defense counsel.
Renee has extensive experience representing product manufacturers in the areas of drug and medical device litigation, including defending infusion pumps and related products. Renee has handled complex cases from clients that include Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., Isuzu, Honda, Nissan, Breg, Inc., and Medtronic.
