William F. Auther, Partner in Phoenix, AZ, has just been appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court to the Arizona Commission on Judicial Performance Review! The commission is mandated by the Arizona Constitution and is made up of 18 public members, only six lawyers and six judges are involved.
