Since joining Bowman and Brooke in 2003, Neil has focused his practice on defending product manufacturers from a wide range of industries including automotive, recreational vehicles and construction equipment. He regularly defends cases with allegations of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death and property damage stemming from fires. Neil works for clients such as General Motors, Wagner Spray Tech, Polaris, Volvo Penta, Toyota, and Yamaha.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Neil honed his trial skills practicing general civil litigation for seven years in the areas of employment, product liability, and family law. Neil defended medical device manufacturers against design defect and unlawful promotion claims in cases with complex causation and regulatory issues. In his third year of practice, Neil tried his first case to a jury, and since he has tried cases to verdict in State and Federal Courts in California, Minnesota, and Arizona.
