Nathan Marcusen’s practice focuses on product liability and commercial litigation. He specializes in defending manufacturers of institutional cleaning and sanitizing products, recreational vehicles and off-road vehicles against toxic-tort and other personal-injury cases, as well as property-damage and warranty claims.
As an attorney at Bowman and Brooke, Nathan has represented clients in state and federal courts from coast to coast, litigating cases in more than twenty states. He has secured early dismissal by summary judgment or pre-answer motion in cases in Minnesota, North Dakota, Kansas, and Louisiana, and he has defended those dismissals on appeal through briefing and oral argument before the North Dakota Supreme Court and the Kansas Court of Appeals.
Nathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006. While a law student, he participated on the National Moot Court; his three-person moot court team qualified for the national tournament in 2005.
