Molly Jean Given's trial practice focuses on the defense of medical device and recreational vehicle product liability claims as well as the resolution of business and commercial litigation. As a key team member of national coordinating counsel for multiple clients, Molly has experience with developing and implementing broad defense litigation strategy and electronic discovery practices, in addition to the daily management of cases. Molly has direct experience in discovery, fact and expert depositions, mediation, arbitration and appeals. She has successfully authored multiple dispositive motions on behalf of our clients.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Molly served as a clerk in a state trial court and the Office of the Federal Defender. In addition, during law school, she was an Editor and Staff Member of Law and Inequality: a Journal of Theory and Practice and advocated for low income clients in the Civil Practice Clinic.
Molly enjoys performing with the St. Paul City Ballet, serving on the Board for YMCA Camp Icaghowan, and entertaining her rescue dog, Nessie.
