Molly Jean Given's trial practice focuses on the defense of medical device and recreational vehicle product liability claims as well as the resolution of business and commercial litigation.  As a key team member of national coordinating counsel for multiple clients, Molly has experience with developing and implementing broad defense litigation strategy and electronic discovery practices, in addition to the daily management of cases.  Molly has direct experience in discovery, fact and expert depositions, mediation, arbitration and appeals.  She has successfully authored multiple dispositive motions on behalf of our clients.
