Mikiesha R. Mayes

Mikiesha focuses her practice on defending clients against claims involving warranties, toxic torts, and product liability litigation. She is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.

In law school, Mikiesha was a member of the 2009-2010 Board of Advocates Moot Court Team, practiced as a student attorney in the Legal Services Clinic, and served as President of the Black Law Student Association and Vice President of the Employment and Labor Law Society. Mikiesha also worked for Bowman and Brooke as a summer and school-year law clerk.

Prior to attending law school, Mikiesha worked as an employee relations associate at a school district in Minnesota where she represented the district in employee discipline hearings, unemployment hearings, and contract negotiations.
