Michelle Gilboe is a Partner at Bowman and Brooke with a national product liability practice, primarily defending manufacturers of products including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, recreational sporting goods, exercise equipment as well as service based providers in the medical and construction industries. She regularly defends cases involving property damage, personal injury and compliance. In addition to defending manufacturers across the country, she advises her clients on risk management strategies, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements and recall issues.
Michelle serves as national and regional counsel for numerous companies and has extensive experience defending products ranging from respiratory care devices, implantable cardiac care devices and heart monitors to exercise equipment and multiple pharmaceuticals. Michelle also has significant experience in complex class action litigation and MDL litigation including representation of multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers in various states.
Prior to her civil litigation experience, Michelle was a prosecuting attorney who tried numerous cases to verdict.
