Matthew Tamel is an Associate with Bowman and Brooke who focuses his practice on product liability, representing and defending large automotive manufacturers in cases involving personal injury and contracts. His experience includes representing public school and college district defendants in civil rights, employment, and various commercial litigation matters.
Matthew has represented his clients in all aspects of state and federal court litigation. He is currently a part of the team defending a major automotive company in its high-profile unintended acceleration litigation.
Matthew earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University and prior to becoming a lawyer, Matthew taught English at a public high school.
