John "Willy" Eberlein is an Associate at Bowman and Brooke with experience in product liability with heavy emphasis on complex litigation asbestos cases. John has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation practice including pleadings, discovery, law and motion, arbitration, mediation, client management, settlement negotiations, contract and personal injury litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, he has served as First-Chair in three Superior Court Jury Trials.
John graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and is fluent in German.
