Recently retired, founding member of Bowman and Brooke Jeff Brooke devoted the majority of his practice to defending product liability claims against manufacturers. From captain of the Northwestern University football team to captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jeff brought extensive experience as a leader to the Firm. As "captain" of the Phoenix office starting in 1985, his product liability defense practice took him from coast to coast, trying cases for some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers.

Jeff handled numerous cases involving automobiles, trucks, sport utility vehicles, motorcycles, helmets, and off-road vehicles.  With more than 35 years of experience, he also tried cases involving all-terrain vehicles and capital equipment including cranes, electrical switchgear aircraft, and forklifts.  As a pilot himself, Jeff understood the needs of his aviation clients.

An advocate and mentor, Jeff spoke on the subjects of vehicle design, stability and handling, and crashworthiness for continuing legal education.  He served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps between 1969 and 1972 as a defense lawyer and military judge.
