Jeffrey Warren is a Partner at Bowman and Brooke who's extensive experience primarily includes defending companies against product liability and other tort claims. As part of his product liability practice, Jeff manages catastrophic personal injury claims as national trial counsel for both a major automotive manufacturer and a major recreational vehicle manufacturer, and has significant trial experience including numerous trials of multi-million dollar personal injury suits. Companies also rely upon Jeff to represent them in business disputes, intellectual property cases, and constitutional law matters.
Jeff has tried high-profile cases in numerous states across the country including Arizona, California, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. His versatile practice ranges from defending cases involving product liability, negligence, breach of warranty, premises liability and professional malpractice to representing companies in cases involving tortious interference with business relations. He is also well versed in defending patent and trade dress infringement actions, as well as constitutional issues such as equal protection, freedom of speech, separation of powers and unlawful takings.
Jeff has gained reputable recognition for his work on high-profile trials. His defense for Ford Motor Company in Myers v. Ford was listed as one of the Top 10 Civil Verdict in Arizona in 2008. Similarly, the California Daily Journal identified Jeff's 2010 verdict for Yamaha Motor Company in the bellwether trial of Holt v. Yamaha as one of the "Top Verdicts of 2010." In 2011, he went to verdict in Sand v. Yamaha, which the trial judge deemed the largest civil trial in the history of the Warren County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas.
