Biography

James Song focuses his practice on defending automobile and other manufacturers against products liability and motor vehicle warranty claims. His experience includes defending manufacturers in fire claims, rollovers and personal injury matters. James also defends mass tort and toxic tort litigation for clients across the country. In the last year, James has been a part of victorious trial teams for two catastrophic injury automobile products liability cases.

In addition, James has managed motor vehicle warranty matters involving lemon law and Magnuson-Moss warranty claims in Minnesota and Wisconsin. His role in these cases involves orchestrating discovery, appearing in court and participating in settlement negotiations.

Although James was raised in Wisconsin, his family is originally from Laos. Prior to his legal career, James worked as a manager and advertising sales account executive.
