The major automotive bellwether case Uno v. Toyota was named one of the Top Defense Results Verdicts of 2013 by the Daily Journal. The publication recognizes the largest and most significant verdicts and appellate reversals in California each year.
This particular case was also listed in National Law Journal’s major bellwether cases of 2013. Toyota was represented by Vincent Galvin, Jr., Mark V. Berry, Curtis E. Jimerson and Anne O. Hanna of Bowman and Brooke.
