Bowman and Brooke is pleased to announce two attorneys who have been admitted to partnership, effective January 1, 2017. They are Paula Burlison in Columbia, SC, and Elizabeth Favaro in Detroit, MI. With their promotions, the firm increases its percentage of female partners to 34%.
Paula has built a versatile practice defending complex product liability and toxic tort cases involving allegations of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She has represented clients within the chemical products, automotive, construction, retail, and consumer product industries.
Liza defends major corporations and small businesses alike in product liability and consumer actions, including personal injury and class action litigation. She has served as counsel in eight jury trials and has defended clients in a variety of disputes across the state of Michigan and the country.
