Lori Lofano and Elaine Adam authored an article for the Fall 2015 issue of In-House Defense Quarterly. The article, "Defensible Litigation Holds: Creating an Effective Litigation Hold Plan," discusses how to effectively implement a litigation hold plan and addresses key issues to consider when managing legal holds, including how to identify key custodians and work effectively with a corporation's IT department. It also analyzes the effect of the Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the future of litigation holds in federals cases.
