Diversity Commitment Earns Bowman and Brooke Acknowledgment as Top 5 Firm for Black Attorneys
Bowman and Brooke holds the #3 spot in the "25 Best Law Firms for Black Attorneys" list based on a recent survey conducted by Law360. In addition to affirming our commitment to diverse representation, this announcement comes on the heels of recognition from Law360 as a top firm for female attorneys and minority attorneys.
Though black attorneys continue to be underrepresented in U.S. law firms especially at the partner level, we are proud to be one of the 25 recognized law firms. Our firm consists of 8 percent black nonpartners and 4.9 percent black partners, well above the national average of 3.5 percent black nonpartners and 1.6 percent black partners.
