Miami Partner Wendy Lumish has been named one of the "Top 250 Women in Litigation" by Benchmark Litigation. This recognition is dedicated to honoring the accomplishments of America’s leading female litigators, and Wendy's influential appellate practice has certainly solidified her as a distinguished attorney among her peers.
Wendy primarily focuses on appellate and advanced motions for product manufacturers, with extensive experience working on legal issues of national significance at the trial and appellate level. She is board certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar and is an active member of the Product Liability Advisory Council. She has authored a number of amicus briefs and frequently presents on appellate issues at conferences nationwide.
"Top 250 Women in Litigation" features nominations representing most of the 50 states, plus the District of Columbia. The decision to feature a distinguished female litigator was based primarily on targeted research completed during the US Benchmark Litigation review process. Peer review and overall depth of their litigation careers were important elements during this research.
