Angela Strickland Leads ABA Roundtable on Working with Technical Experts
The ABA Section of Litigation Automotive Subcommittee is presenting a Roundtable via teleconference discussing "Best Practices and Challenges of Working with Technical Experts" on Thursday, May 14th at 1:00 pm ET.
Angela Strickland, partner in the firm's Columbia office and co-chair of the Automotive Subcommittee, will serve as moderator. She has assembled a panel of technical experts who will provide perspectives on how attorneys and experts work together in both active litigation and investigations outside of litigation.
San Jose Co-Managing Partner Neil Kliebenstein will also participate on the panel. Neil has extensive experience working with technical experts to aid in defense of clients and is prepared to offer insight into the attorney perspective of the working relationship.
