Elaine Adam focuses her practice on defending automobile manufacturers in product liability claims. She has handled all aspects of case management, law and motion, and has been involved in extensive discovery issues and document productions for manufacturers of automobiles, power tools and off-road recreational vehicles.
Elaine's prior experience includes representing large insurance clients in coverage matters and bad faith litigation. Her analytical abilities and written advocacy skills have proven highly beneficial in the courtroom. She has also handled many appellate matters in her prior insurance practice.
Elaine has served as General Counsel for Makita U.S.A. and as Managing Attorney for United States Fidelity & Guaranty. She began her career managing all-terrain vehicle litigation for the Honda Companies. During law school, Elaine served as an extern to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Consumer Protection Division.
