Eden Darrell is an Associate at Bowman and Brooke who focuses her practice primarily on product liability and commercial litigation at the local and national level. She has defended companies and individuals in matters including contract disputes, product and premises liability, defamation claims, and personal injury and property damage litigation. Eden has experience in all phases of litigation and has tried cases in both the first and second-chair capacity.
Eden teaches legal writing to first-year law students at the University of Richmond School of Law. Additionally, she currently is the Chair of the Product Liability Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
