Dustin is an associate at Bowman and Brooke whose practice primarily includes products liability defense, breach of warranty claims, and commercial litigation. His litigation experience includes work for medical device manufacturers, automotive and recreational vehicle manufacturers, consumer product good manufacturers, and a variety of banks from across the country.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Dustin worked for a number of years in the medical device industry and hopes to use his prior experience to better serve his clients. He attended law school on scholarship, won his school's tax moot court competition, and received the CALI award for the highest grade in a number of his classes.
When not working, Dustin participates in the Federal Pro Se Project volunteering his legal skills pro bono to civil defendants in the Federal District Court of Minnesota, manages a Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation called Project GreenBox, and otherwise enjoys hiking, boating, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
