Claire Auther is an Associate with Bowman and Brooke who focuses her litigation practice on product liability and breach of warranty claims. Since beginning her legal career with Bowman and Brooke as a summer law clerk, Claire has worked on matters of various corporate clients including some of the nation's largest automotive manufacturers.
During law school, Claire was a member of the San Diego Law Review. She also participated on the Appellate Moot Court Board and was selected to represent her school in two national competitions. During her third year of law school, Claire also clerked at the California Attorney General's office where she argued cases in front of the California Court of Appeal.
Outside of the office, Claire enjoys spending time with family and friends.
